What can I expect on my first visit?
Your initial visit will begin with a consultation. Your doctor will ask you to complete a health history and ask about aspects of your life that may have impacted your nerve system and your present condition.

Next, the doctor will perform an examination to evaluate the nature of your concerns. This examination generally includes a series of basic physical tests, as well as a specialized chiropractic evaluation of spinal movement, posture, and nerve system function.

If necessary, your doctor may recommend spinal imaging or other diagnostic tests to obtain further information about the mechanics of your spine and the details of your condition.

After completing the analysis, your doctor will meet again with youat a subsequent visit to explain your exam findings and map out an appropriate plan of action with you. If you are currently under another professional's care, or need to address some aspects of your condition through other methods, your doctor will work with all the members of your health care team to get you the best results available in the shortest time possible.

Over the course of your care, your doctor will monitor your individual response and tailor your care appropriately. The doctor may also discuss and recommend changes to your lifestyle, work environment, dietary, and exercise patterns.
